前幾天發英文的E-mail到日本總部,隔天就有官方的客服用英文回了!!感謝各大大幫忙~
(我的E-mail沒打錯~因為打E-mail有個確認欄位,而且我沒重新給他E-mail他就能記信進來了~)

TO AVG's customer service:
I had spent NT$ 1,400 purchasing your product "Antivirus software for whole year"on Aug 28 with a credit card. You took the money, but so far I haven't received the Gold key. That means I have paid the money but I don’t get the product. Shouldn’t you deal with this problem? I have sent five E-mails in Chinese these days, and haven’t got any answer. Perhaps no one understands Chinese in your company, so I rewrite my mail in English. If you don’t want to sell this product, at least refund the money to me. I hope you can respond as soon as possible. Thank you.
